We are looking for five new elearning consultants to join 3LEARNING LTD. The roles are based in and around London. The consultants will be working directly with our clients developing elearning solutions and managing elearning projects.
This is a great opportunity to work in, and make a real practical contribution, to the growth and development of 3LEARNING LTD. Reporting to the Managing Director, tasks and responsibilities will be focussed on:
- Partake in managing requirements and planning elearning projects together with clients and 3LEARNING’s design teams
- Develop learning outlines and story boards in agreement with client and instructional design requirements
- Develop elearning content to meet requirements of TNA’s, Learning Context, Learning Constructs, and technical requirements from development tools and LMS
- Manage the development of elearning content on a day to day basis from initiation to post implementation review
- Facilitate the move to ‘business as usual’ post implementation via suitable technical and non-technical maintenance documentation (based on 3LEARNING’s templates)
Essential requirements:
- Proven relevant experience in delivering elearning content from detailed storyboards
- Evidence of successful project delivery
- Experience of rapid design / elearning authoring tools
- Flexible, adaptable, reliable and independent
- Innovative and enthusiastic
- Fluent English – written & spoken (other EU languages beneficial)
- Well versed in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
Desirable attributes:
- An understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRM systems
- Elearning Project Management experience
- Worked within an international environment
- Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver/HTML programming
- CMS and LMS integration (SCORM and AICC)
- Web & graphic design experience
- Knowledge/experience of MySQL
