3LEARNING developed Genesis' online interactive help system to support 600 users in the use of a new company wide online error logging and support system.
Context sensitive help files
3LEARNING's help system is embedded directly into Genesis' online support system. With a mouse click the users can open context sensitive help guides, that help them use specific parts of the support system. In addition to this, the help files come in the format of text instructions and interactive full-screen simulations.
Solution Development Tools
The learning solution was created with the tools Adobe Dreamweaver, Enlight KPS, and the Enlight Learning Manager.
